The timeline for this project is:
- System will go off-line on Friday, September 14th, 5PM PST/8PM EST/Saturday 10AM Australian Eastern
- Targeting on-line Sunday, September 16th, 3PM PST/6PM EST/Monday, September 17, 8AM Australian Eastern
